Business & Clinical Communication

Our Business and Clinical Communication program is dedicated to delivering effective communication and upselling strategies to associates in non-sales, clinical or customer service positions. Students will learn how to drive revenues through referral upsell strategies and communication for medical documentation to increase patient care and cash flow.

The Business and Clinical Communication Course is delivered in four 90 minute online classes and includes a complete set of workbooks as well as a Certificate of Excellence for those who earn a 90% or better on their final exam. In order to graduate from the program, you must complete the following:

  • Attend 90% of the class, achieved through WebEx™ attendance monitoring and attention indicators.

  • Passing score of 70% or better to receive a Certificate of Achievement

  • Passing score of 90% or better to receive a Certificate of Excellence

  • Completion of evaluation tool
